G & R Realty guarantees that we will save our clients at least $10,000 in real estate commissions compared to traditional real estate brokerages. If G & R Realty does not save you at least $10,000 in commission costs compared to the 6% real estate model, and your home is priced above $400,000 then G & R Realty will list your home for free. - G & R Realty represents sellers for a fixed fee
Traditional real estate brokerages charge up to 3% to list your home. The fixed fee structure that G & R provides insures you will never pay more then 1.0% in commission to list your home. - Marketing your home
G & R Realty markets your home with a full arsenal of marketing tools including the traditional MLS, and various internet providers such as Realtor.com. We have an exclusive advertising agreement with Realtor.com that enables our listings to receive enhanced listing status. Your listing receives 6 pictures on Realtor.com and up to 2500 words to describe your home. G & R marketing includes San Diego Union or House Trader advertising for your open house. - You decide how much to pay a buyers agent
We let our clients decide how much to pay cooperating buyers agents. If you do decide to place your home on the MLS we will advise you accordingly. Many homeowners think they must pay cooperating buyers agents 3%. This is not true. - If a buyer has no agent then G & R will represent them for 1%

G & R makes sure all reports, inspections, and documentation is completed, insuring that the entire escrow process is completed and conforms to all Department of Real Estate rules and regulations. - Providing you qualified buyers
Many escrow's do not complete because the buyers were not properly qualified. G & R Realty will screen out unqualified buyers. We make sure your buyers are all pre-qualified and pre-approved prior to opening up escrow. - Transaction Coordination from Select Realty Assist
G & R Realty provides all of our clients with exclusive transaction coordination from Select Realty Assist. From the beginning of your transaction to the close of escrow, Select Realty Assist will provide you with an on line tracking system for you to track your entire transaction. Every single document is placed on a secure server and you get exclusive access to that server. Each account is kept on the server for 3 years so you do not have to worry about lost documents. Each client also receives a cd at the conclusion of the transaction and every document of the transaction has been scanned and written to this cd. This transaction coordination fee is $350 and it is paid at the close of escrow. - Real Estate Comps for Sellers
Regardless of whether you are a buyer or a seller, finding out the most accurate real estate comps is crucial for a successful transaction. Anyone considering selling their home should not even consider pricing the home until they have had a thorough review of the real estate comps in their neighborhood. We even encourage clients to visit comparable homes that are selling before they list their home in order to size up the competition.
